2 tbsp sesame seed oil

2 tsp light soy sauce

2 tsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp pepper sauce

½ small onion, diced

Directions

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment/wax paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  3. Form even sized meatballs from the mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes depending on the size of the balls.
  4. Make the sauce. Heat the sesame oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and let cook just until tender. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for 5 – 7 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
