COCONUT GLACE ICING
Ingredients
2½ – 3 cups icing sugar, sifted
4 – 5 tbsps milk or cream
1 tsp coconut essence
Directions
- Put icing sugar in a bowl.
- Add a little milk, essence and stir into the sugar. Keep adding the milk, 1 tbsp at a time, stirring until the icing is smooth and a fairly thick consistency.
- Use to drizzle over your favourite cookies and cakes.
