CREAMY BACON BALSAMIC DRESSING
Ingredients
4 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp fresh green seasoning
Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 – 6 slices bacon, chopped in small pieces
Directions
- Fry the bacon in a saucepan until crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients.
- When ready to serve mix in the bacon pieces, reserving a few to crumble on top. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve as desired.
