MEATY MACARONI PIE

Ingredients

2 packs of short pasta – Shells or Swirls

1 lb minced meat

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp dried oregano

1 dash Angostura Bitters

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

1 cup sweet peppers, finely chopped

½ cup carrots, finely chopped

1 cup of button mushrooms, chopped

6-7 strips of bacon, diced

2 onions, chopped

5 -7 cloves, garlic, minced

4 cups cheddar cheese, grated

1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

3 tbps flour

2½ cups milk

1 tbps mustard
