PONCHE DE CRÈME
A creamy Christmas concoction with a punch.
Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
4 tins condensed milk
2 tins evaporated milk
1 bottle dark rum
Few dashes bitters
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a large bowl beat eggs until light. This can be done with an electric mixer.
- Add the milk one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the rum, bitters, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well until well blended.
- Strain mixture and bottle
- Chill and serve over crushed ice for maximum enjoyment.
