CHRISTMAS CAKE SUNDAE
From Cup of Joe Caribbean
Ingredients
6 – 7 scoops Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream
½ cup chopped toasted almonds
¼ cup mixed candied fruit or peel
2 -3 slices fruit cake, cut in cubes
Red sugar sprinkles
Whipped cream
Cherries
Directions
- Scoop the Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream into a bowl.
- Add the chopped almonds and mixed peel and fold quickly into the ice cream.
- Place a few fruit cake cubes in the bottom of the glass.
- Spoon some of the ice cream mixture on top of the fruit cake. Repeat once again with fruitcake and then ice cream.
- Decorate with whipped cream, sugar and cherries. Serve immediately.
